What is coaching & why is it important for women?

Like high-performance athletes have coaches, executive coaches support those seeking high performance in business. Coaching is simply a dialogue between a coach and coachee to find creative ways to address challenging problems by optimizing strengths and focusing on value-adding solutions.

Despite it being 2024, women still hold fewer leadership positions, get paid less, handle more responsibilities outside the office, and are leaving the workforce in record numbers.  Simply put, women are not getting the support they need.  Recent statistics show women are offered executive coaching 7% less than their male counterparts.  It's time to close that gap.

Emily is a certified Executive & Career Coach specializing in helping individuals unlock their full potential to become influential, dynamic, high-impact leaders at top companies like Google, HP, Accenture, as well as nonprofits, government organizations, and new college grads. With 20+ years in Technology Consulting across multiple industries, she's passionate about helping others realize their value and find their seat at the table, all while living a joy-filled professional life. After a leave of absence and working with an executive coach, she took the bold move to pivot and embrace the parts of her leadership role she loved, helping others grow into the best version of themselves.
