What is coaching & why is it important for women?
Like high-performance athletes have coaches, executive coaches support those seeking high performance in business. Coaching is simply a dialogue between a coach and coachee to find creative ways to address challenging problems by optimizing strengths and focusing on value-adding solutions.
Despite it being 2023, women still hold fewer leadership positions, get paid less, handle more responsibilities outside the office, and are leaving the workforce in record numbers. Simply put, women are not getting the support they need. Recent statistics show women are offered executive coaching 7% less than their male counterparts. It's time to close that gap.
