Hello!

I'm Emily!  I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation and a certified executive and career coach. I'm a natural-born problem solver, process optimizer, and leader.  I have a heart for women leaders in tech and those just starting in this fast-paced industry. An expert in consulting speak and acronyms, which is no surprise after spending the first 21 years of my career in the global technology consulting space working at three of the largest consulting companies, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, and Accenture. ​

 

As a woman who grew up working in a male-dominated industry, I learned how to advocate for myself. Juggle being a working mom and a leader. Turn struggling teams around. Pivot when things took an unexpected turn, which they did, a lot. After working with an executive coach, I realized all the parts I loved about my job were helping and supporting others, and I was inspired to leave the corporate world and spend my time helping women grow their careers.

A partner to my architect husband.  A mom of two middle school girls.  An enneagram one that wings 9, type A procrastinator. In my free time, you will find me shuttling my girls around to extracurricular activities in the Chicago suburbs, watching Bravo TV or the next crime docuseries, complaining about having to cook dinner (again), or working on various crafts.
